Niche Pilates Online recognizes the need for specialized upper body workouts and the importance of targeting the arms, shoulders, chest, and back. We have created The Upper Body Experience series for you. These videos are 15 minutes each and they are focused on your upper body strength. Not just your arms but the entire upper body. We want to make sure you can carry your bags but, stand tall while doing so. These videos are meant to be a series that you come back to weekly and repeat them often. Jaclyn shares ways to increase resistance or the level of intensity. Use the first time you complete these workouts as a benchmark and increase your resistance or range of motion from there. We recommend you have a pair of light to medium dumbbells available to get started.
